Day 01 : Arrive in Delhi

Meeting and assistance by our representative upon arrival at Delhi Airport and you will be transferred to your pre booked hotel.

Delhi is a massive metropolitan city and a Capital of India located in north India. It has a history of many centuries and was the throne of many mighty empires in the past. Delhi has much more to discover. Explore the Historical monuments like Red Fort, Qutab Minar and Humayun’s Tomb along with their famous temples too like Akshardham and Lotus Temple and ISKCON temple. Overnight stay at Delhi Hotel.

Day 02: in Delhi

Breakfast at the Hotel. Proceed for the guided sightseeing tour of Delhi. Commence your tour by visiting the Red Fort – a UNESCO world heritage site. A beautiful historical monument built by Shahjahan, located in Old Delhi close to Chandni Chowk. Every year on Independence day the Prime Minister of India addresses the nation from Red Fort.

After visiting Red fort, walk through the Chandni Chowk market and enjoy the Rickshaw ride by the busy Lane of Chandni Chowk.

Later, continue to proceed for sightseeing in New Delhi. Visit to the Qutab Minar, the tallest brick minaret of the world and a Indo-Islamic architecture in India. It is located in Qutab Complex. It is called the Victory Tower of Mughals and commencement of Muslim rules in India

Also visit Rajghat and drive through the India Gate, President House and Parliament House etc.

After the above sightseeing our car will transfer back to your Hotel for overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi – Agra

Breakfast at the Hotel. Check out and drive to Agra (about 205 km / 4 hours).

Agra is the home of eminent monument Taj Mahal – one of the seven wonders of the world. Along with Delhi, Agra too has a rich historical past and it reflects in UNESCO world heritage sites that lie in and around Agra. Agra is not only renowned for the monument but also for the Food and shopping markets.

Arrive Agra by afternoon and proceed for the sightseeing tour of Taj Mahal. It’s a mausoleum and was erected by the Shahjahan in the reminiscence of his beloved wife Mumtaz and construction was started in 1648 AD and took about 16 years to build the mausoleum.

Also proceed for the visit of the historical monument the Agra Fort made from the Red Sandstone hence it is called Red Fort too. It was built by Akbar in 1565 AD for the residence on the bank of Yamuna River.

After getting over the above sightseeing you will be transferred to the Hotel for Check in. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04: Agra – Jaipur via Abhaneri a step well

Breakfast at the Hotel. Check out and drive to Jaipur about 245 km / 5 hours.

Jaipur is the capital of one of the Indian states Rajasthan, during the British rule it was known as Rajputana, a place of Raja’s son. Jaipur is famous for beautiful historical monuments along with great places for the shopping of Handicraft, Jewelry and clothes.

On your way to Jaipur stop at Abhaneri, a village famous for the Chand Baori Step well.

Continue to head to Jaipur. Transfer you to your pre booked Hotel for Check-in and overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 05 : Jaipur

Breakfast at the Hotel. Proceed for an excursion of Amber Fort about 13 km from the city center. On the way to Amber stop at Hawa Mahal (palace of Winds) for the photography from outside and Jal Mahal.

Continue to Amber for a majestic fort located on the top of Aravallis Hills overlooking Jaipur. The Fort is famous for its large Hall and series of gates. Ride up on an Elephant’s back to get up to the Fort. It would be a mind blowing experience. (Elephant ride is subject to availability and also Animal Welfare demanded to ban the activities).

After sightseeing, head back to Jaipur city. Visit to the one of the UNESCO world heritage sites Jantar Mantar solar Observatory. Conclude your tour by visiting City Palace. You have free time to explore and experience the rich culture and local cuisine. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 : Jaipur – Delhi

Breakfast at hotel and Check out. Drive back to Delhi about 265 km / 4-5 hours. Upon arrival in Delhi you will be transferred to a Hotel. Remainder time for free and individual activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 07: Delhi – Cochin by flight

With the packed Breakfast from the Hotel you will be transferred to Delhi Airport for your flight to Kochi. Arrive in Kochi by afternoon and transfer to the Hotel.

Kochi or Cochin also known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea is widespread across the Island and promontories in a magnificent location between the Arabian sea and the backwaters. In 1341, flood carved out the harbor and opened it to Arab. Now it is a major port for trading. Captivating old churches, Charismatic olden Bungalows, gigantic Chinese fishing nets attract the tourist all across the globe.

After the freshen up begin your sightseeing tour of Cochin. Commence your tour by visiting the Mattancherry palace popularly known as Dutch Palace (closed on Friday), which features the Kerala Mural depicting portraits and exhibits the King of Kochi.

Also visit the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Friday and Saturday) and Chinese Fishing nets. See the St. Francis Church (closed on Friday) where Vasco the Gama was originally buried. Evening witness the performance of Kathakali Dance show in local theater. It is a major classical Indian Dance predominantly performed by male dancers. Colorful makeup, face mask and traditional costumes worn by male actor-dancer to perform Kathakali. Theme of Kathakali is based on religion and it depicts the story of Ramayana, Mahabharat and Puranas Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 08: Cochin – Periyar

Breakfast at the Hotel. Pack your bags and check out and drive to Periyar about 155 km / 4-5 hours. Drive through the beautiful scenic area and enjoy the dense forest and countryside. Periyar is widely known for the Periyar Wildlife sanctuary and its diversity of wildlife. Boat cruises on the Periyar Lake really attract tourists across the globe

Arrive in Periyar and check in at Hotel. After freshen up proceed for the visit to Kerala Kalari center which is a breathtaking place to travel over the ancient Kalaripayattu Martial Dance executed and practiced by the dedicated swordsmen. This traditional form of master art performs in a very elaborate and elegant way from the mythology to entertain the public and show off their perfect swordsmanship. Back to the Hotel for Overnight stay.

Day 09: Periyar

After a leisurely breakfast at Hotel and proceed for the guided spice plantation tour. Walk through the spice plantation to catch sight of cultivation of various spices and beverages like Cardamom, Pepper, Vanilla and coffee. In the afternoon we will begin for the Common boat ride at the Periyar Lake which would be a spectacular experience. Enjoy the two hour boating on the Periyar Lake. You will witness the diversity of wildlife and if you are lucky enough you will see the Elephant playing with their babies on the bank of Periyar Lake. Park is home for the Wild Oxen, The Nilgiri Langur, Elephant, Wild Pig, Barking Deer, wild dog, the common langur and the rare and endangered Lion-tailed Macaque.

Also enjoy the Elephant ride outside the Park. Visit the Local spice market on your own. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 10: Periyar – Kumarakom

Breakfast at Hotel and check out. Drive to Kumarakom about 125 km / 4 hours. Drive through the peaceful countryside to the Kumarakom. Upon arrival transfer to the Hotel for check in and freshen up.

Later proceed to explore the Kumarakom, witness the elegant paddy fields and the local life surrounding the backwaters. With the specialized guide, walk through the villages to see the countryside and their livelihood. Also enjoy the boat ride on serene Vembanad Lake. Your experience would be unique and unforgettable. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 11: Kumarakom – Alleppey (Allapuzha)

After breakfast at the Hotel check out and you will be driven to Alleppey, about 30 km / 01 hours. Alleppey best known for the movable houseboat and cruises on a network of tranquil backwaters and lagoons. Alleppey well known for the coir products, boat races and marine products.

Upon arrival, embark the houseboat and lunch would be on board. Enjoy the cruising along the lake, witness the sceneries of the villages, plantations, vast natural greeneries, etc. Today you will feel the true essence of a Kerala backwater ride. Dinner and Overnight on the board.

Day 12: Alleppey – Cochin – departure

After breakfast disembark the houseboat. Drive back to Cochin and transfer you to Kochi International airport for your onward flight.
